Black Raspberry Bacon Brownie

  • 8oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1T Graeter’s Black Raspberry Dessert Sauce 16oz Chocolate Brownie Real Bacon, in dry pan for 3-4 minutes or oven for 10 min to make extra crispy

Combine cream cheese and black raspberry sauce, place into ziplock or piping bag. Pipe on top of brownie, sprinkle crispy bacon bits to liking.


Goetta BLT with Hatch Chili Ranch

  • Kings Hawaiian Sliced Bread
  • Crispy Bacon
  • Crispy Goetta
  • Arugula
  • Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • Simple Truth Ranch
  • 4 Hatch Chilis (roasted,peeled,seeded)

Roast Chilis on grill until charred, place in a metal or glass bowl and cover (plastic wrap works best), set aside for about 20 minutes. Charred peel should come right off, and you should easily be able to remove seeds and stem. In a blender or food processor combine bottle of ranch and 4 roasted cleaned peppers. Building the sandwich can vary in many ways, it will taste good no matter what!


Bacon Chocolate Brittle

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • 1T Butter
  • 1 Cup Real Bacon
  • 1 Cup 72% Cacao Chocolate Chunks
  • (Optional) 1 t Ground Cinnamon

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a glass bowl (I used a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup), cook for about 6 minutes, add butter and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Mixture should have a caramel color, Add bacon and baking soda. Pour mixture onto foil, immediately cover with chocolate and let melt. If desired use a spreader to smooth out chocolate. Allow 30 minutes to harden. Crack or cut as small or large as you please.

Recipe is for 700w microwave, shorten times for 1000-1100w.


Inverted Elvis Sandwich

  • La Brea Sourdough Bread
  • Traditional Bacon (2 slices per sandwich) Banana (5-6 slices per sandwich) Crunchy Peanut Butter (2T per sandwich)
  • 1 t Private Selection Honey Cinnamon Butter Toothpicks

In between two slices of bread, place 5-6 slices of banana, 2T Crunchy Peanut Butter. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich then wrap with two slices of raw bacon, use toothpicks as necessary to hold bacon. Cool in a skillet on all sides until bacon is crispy. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before consuming.

3 easy recipes including fruit ice cubes and Birthday Cake Dip.

Easy Flavorful Ideas

Black Bean Hummus


1 can Black Beans, strained and rinsed

1 lime

1 T tahini 

1/4 cup pickled Jalapeños with juice

Dash of salt and cumin

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, combine and consume with Jalapeño Pita Chips. 


Italian Chicken Sandwiches

Bakery Italian Bread

2 lbs Chicken Breast

16 oz Larosas Creamy Garlic Dressing

Hot Banana Pepper Rings

Roasted Red Peppers, sliced

Fresh Mozzarella

Optional:

Spinach or Arugula 



Place Chicken and Garlic Dressing in a Crock Pot. Cook for 4 hours on high, 6 hours on low. Shred chicken with forks or let cool until you can work with your hands. Sliced bread lengthwise and remove some of the flesh. Place mozzarella on bottom, top with chicken, pepperoni, and banana peppers.



Peanut Butter Dip

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup Private Selection Peanut Butter with White Chocolate Cherry Cordial

Honey Roasted Peanuts

Honey



Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in a pan or baking dish. Warm through, about 12-15 minutes in and oven at 350. Garnish with chopped Honey Roasted Peanuts and a drizzle of Honey.


Pretzel Crisps work well with this dip!
