Family of 4 for the pasta class was great! The entire family enjoyed the experience. Chef Aaron was absolutely perfect the entire time. The finishing touches he executed on the pasta made in the class was outstanding! Will definitely be back!!

This was a blast! We had so much fun learning and laughing with Chef Aaron — I had never made pasta and it actually turned out! He gave us lots of tips and tricks and the recipes he shared with us were so good. He shared stories of making pasta with his grandmother and I can’t wait to share what I learned with my granddaughter! We would definitely take a class with him again.

We made 4 pastas with Aaron — he planned it out really well so that we took 2 pasta types with us to freeze at home and use later, and we ate the other 2 at the end of our class. The class was well organized and we learned a lot!

My husband and I did Chef Aaron's Pasta Quartet class. It was a lot of fun and Chef Aaron made learning each step so easy!! Loved how relaxed the class was and all the tips he was able to share with us. We'll be looking for more classes to try soon!!!

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! Chef Aaron was knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and the food was outstanding. I’ve already recommended this to several people. We had a blast!

The group learned how to make pasta from scratch, turning the dough into 4 different types: tagliatelle, orecchiette, cavatelli and stuffed ravioli. This has been the best experience and the most delicious pasta I've ever had. Worth the wait to taste the pasta you made with your own hands. 5 stars, would love to come back and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chef was very professional and talented. He taught how to make pasta and shared amazing, priceless recipes — in particular, the most amazing red sauce I’ve had in my life. We will definitely be back to learn more tips and tricks for an amazing cooking experience.

Chef Aaron came to our home for a French cooking class. His patient way of teaching and the amazing food was a perfect way to celebrate a family birthday! He spent extra time with us, and ensured that each person felt confident with the skills. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Our night with Chef Aaron was fantastic. From the start he made us feel welcome and comfortable in his kitchen. He led us through cooking 4 different types of pasta, and his love, knowledge and experience of cooking was felt throughout. His stories of learning to cook with his Nonna and family in Italy were our favorite part. We will absolutely be booking him again.
